Reason for friday khutbah is due to zikrullah and making it an event where people can gain knowledge on Islam. On friday, we should give more selawat to the prophet.increase doing ibadah as well.this is the best day to clean ourselves, prophet mohamed made a point to carry these actions on this particular day.friday is the best day in the eyes of Allah.
